Dr. Dana Holloman's mission is to help others rise—emotionally, spiritually, and professionally—by equipping them with the tools, confidence, and clarity to rewrite their stories, reclaim their power, and walk boldly in purpose. Through coaching, teaching, and authorship, I create spaces where healing, growth, and transformation can happen.
My vision is to see men, women, and children fully healed, spiritually grounded, and confidently walking in their God-given purpose—rewriting generational narratives, building aligned lives, and creating legacies of strength, wholeness, and impact.

BIOGRAPHY
Dr. Dana (Watson) Holloman is a dynamic leader, coach, educator, and author with more than two decades of experience in human services, education, mental health, and community engagement. Known for her ability to inspire growth, strengthen communities, and empower individuals to transform their lives, Dana has built a career dedicated to helping others rise—emotionally, professionally, and personally.
She is the founder and CEO of Elev8te Coaching and Publishing Services, where she supports purpose-driven women, creatives, and leaders through holistic coaching, professional development, and publishing support. Dana specializes in helping clients gain clarity, build confidence, and bring their stories and ideas to life through strategic planning, personal development, and the power of writing.
Dr. Dana is also the Visionary and Co-Founder of the Virginia Association of Christian Coaches (VACC), an organization designed to equip, encourage, and connect coaches and leaders across the state. Through VACC, she cultivates community, collaboration, and professional excellence among emerging and established coaches.
With nearly 20 years of leadership experience alongside her work in education and human services, Dr. Dana brings a unique blend of compassion, insight, and transformational guidance to every space she serves. She currently works as the Intensive Intervention Coordinator for Hampton City Schools, where she provides trauma-informed support, restorative practices, and intervention strategies that improve academic and behavioral outcomes for students. Her background includes roles as an Early Childhood Engagement Specialist, Education Specialist, Project Director for a fatherhood initiative, and longstanding advocate for youth and families.
As a creative visionary, Dr. Dana is the founder of "Express Yourself," an SEL program that equips early learners with emotional vocabulary, coping strategies, and healthy communication skills. She is a #1 Amazon Best Seller and a published author of multiple books and anthology projects, with her most recent release titled Life After Divorce: Turning Pain into Power.
Dr. Dana leads professional trainings, support groups, and coaching programs that bring together emotional wellness, leadership development, and storytelling. Her work is grounded in helping individuals recognize their strengths, heal from within, and create meaningful change in their lives and communities.
